One of our unique services is that we are not tied to any one developer and therefore are able to provide impartial advice and valuations to potential clients to act on their behalf.
If you have land that has development potential or have been approached by a developer directly then speak with HLL for a free second opinion before committing.
We can negotiate on your behalf to achieve an improved value, look to other developers who may be willing to make an improved proposal whilst we guide you through the whole process.
“We are here to ensure you receive the most lucrative sale of your land as our duty of care is to you.”
